Booking Policy
Booking Confirmation
All bookings made through our online platform are considered confirmed once full payment has been successfully processed. A confirmation email detailing the date, time, and inclusions of the booking will be issued upon completion. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all contact information provided is accurate at the time of booking.
Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of booking. We accept all major payment methods available on our checkout page. All prices are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price adjustments.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their booking up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled session, subject to availability.

Cancellations: Cancellations are not permitted at any time. Once a booking has been made and payment has been completed, no refunds—partial or full—will be issued.

No-shows: Failure to attend a scheduled booking will result in the forfeiture of the session, with no refund or credit provided.
Participant Limits
Each booking permits a maximum of four (4) participants. This limit is strictly enforced to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all clients. Bookings exceeding this number will not be accommodated.
Late Arrivals
Clients are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled start time. Late arrival may result in reduced session time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled start time may result in the session being cancelled without compensation.
Safety and Conduct
Clients must adhere to all venue rules, safety procedures, and staff instructions. The venue reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual who engages in unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour. No refunds will be provided in such circumstances.
Amendments by the Venue
In the unlikely event that the venue must amend, reschedule, or cancel a booking due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Membership Policy
Overview Of Memberships
The Company offers two membership tiers:
Bullseye Membership – a higher-tier membership that includes expanded access to membership page and/or additional benefits.
Halfbull Membership – a lower-tier membership that includes standard access to membership page and/or core benefits.
The specific features, benefits and pricing of each membership are communicated at the time of purchase and may change from time to time.
Eligibility
Memberships are available to individuals who meet the Bull Room Ltd eligibility requirements.
Members must provide accurate and complete information when signing up.
Memberships are personal and may not be shared or transferred unless authorised by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel a membership at its discretion where reasonable grounds exist.
Membership Term
Memberships begin on the date of purchase.
Memberships may be offered on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly or annually), as specified at sign-up.
Memberships remain active until cancelled in accordance with this policy.
- Monthly memberships can be purchased only online via our website.
- Annual memberships can only be purchased in store.
Fees and Billing
Membership fees are charged in advance based on the selected billing cycle.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file.
The Company may update membership fees with reasonable notice to members.
Renewal and Cancellation
Renewal:
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
By signing up, members authorise recurring charges to the payment method on file unless cancellation occurs before the renewal date.
Cancellation:
Members may cancel their membership using the method provided within their account page.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds or credits are provided for unused time.
Use of Membership
Membership benefits must be used in accordance with Company rules, policies, and posted guidelines.
Misuse of membership benefits may result in suspension or cancellation.
The Company may limit or refuse access where necessary to maintain safety, fairness, or operational requirements.
Changes to Memberships or Benefits
The Company may modify membership structures, pages, benefits, or availability at any time. Where changes materially affect members, reasonable notice will be provided.
Suspension or Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate a membership if a member:
-Breaches this policy or other Company policies
-Fails to pay applicable fees
-Engages in behaviour that is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive
Termination does not entitle the member to a refund.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of membership services, benefit or facilities.
Privacy
Personal information collected through membership sign up is handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
